They are a male Anna’s Hummingbird, known for their bright magenta gorgets, a male Lesser Violetear feeding on purple flowers in Costa Rica, and a lovely female Black-chinned Hummingbird.
I took these images in Boise, Idaho, USA, and Santa Elena, Costa Rica.
BONUS: I created three sets of each image at different resolutions for you so you don’t have to crop them yourself to fit on other devices.
Those dimensions are as follows:
